Fiery Jersey City crash leaves at least 1 dead: prosecutor

JERSEY CITY, N.J. (1010 WINS) — A fiery crash in Jersey City left at least one person dead early Monday, authorities said.

The collision happened just after 2:30 a.m. at Kennedy Boulevard and St. Pauls Avenue, the Hudson County Prosecutor’s Office said.

A video posted in the aftermath of the crash shows the car engulfed in flames.

Debris can be seen strewn over Kennedy Boulevard.

Additional information has not been released at this time.

An investigation is ongoing.
