NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are searching for 11 people after a Jewish boy was pelted with eggs on a Brooklyn street this week.

The NYPD released video Friday of the group along with clear images of four of them as the Hate Crime Task Force investigates. Most of them appear to be teenage boys or young men.

The 15-year-old boy was dressed in traditional Jewish garb when he was approached by the group just after 1 p.m. Monday at E. 18th Street and Bay Avenue in Midwood.

The group made anti-Jewish remarks to the boy and then threw multiple eggs at him, police said.

“Free Palestine!” was among the statements made by the group, according to the Daily News.

Multiple eggs struck the victim’s back and shoulders. Police said he wasn’t injured.

The group fled west on Chestnut Avenue towards East 15th Street.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
