
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police launched an investigation after a 15-year-old was shot in both legs during a dispute Monday evening in the Bronx.
The incident happened at around 7 p.m. in front of the Patterson Houses NYCHA complex located on Third Avenue in the Mott Haven neighborhood, officials said.
According to police, the shooting occurred following a dispute with another teen, striking the victim in both legs, authorities said.
The teen was rushed to a local hospital in stable condition.
No arrests had been made as of Tuesday morning and an investigation is ongoing.
