VIDEO: 2 men wanted in violent robberies in Manhattan

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD released video footage of two suspects wanted in a Manhattan robbery pattern that began in late February, according to authorities.

The first incident happened on Saturday, February 26, at approximately 7 p.m., in front of 25 West 15th Street near Union Square, officials said.

According to police, a 25-year-old man was walking when the two suspects approached and punched him in the head causing him to fall to the ground and lose consciousness.

Once the victim regained consciousness, he realized his two Apple iPhones had been taken from him. He had also sustained a laceration to his face and nose.

EMS transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, where he was treated and released.

The suspects were seen on surveillance video at approximately 6:44 p.m. walking in front of 570 6th Avenue.

The second incident occurred on Saturday, March 5, at approximately 10 p.m. in the vicinity of 35th Street and Eighth Avenue, in the Garment District, the NYPD said.

Police said a man was walking when the two suspects approached and began punching and kicking him about the body, causing him to fall to the ground.

The suspects stole the victim's bag containing two laptops and video games before fleeing to parts unknown.

The victim sustained minor injuries to his body.

EMS transported the victim to an area hospital where he was treated and released.

The suspects were later observed on security cameras at 10. p.m. inside the NYC Subway Station located at the corner of 35th Street and Eighth Avenue.

The first suspect was described as a male with a dark complexion. He was last seen wearing a grey hooded jacket, a yellow hooded sweatshirt, a black-white Adidas, and eyeglasses.

The second suspect was described as a male with a light complexion last seen wearing a grey hooded jacket, a black hooded sweatshirt and a black face mask.
