Surveillance video posted to Instagram allegedly shows the teens walking next to a row of parked NYPD vehicles at Quincy St. and Ralph Ave. when the gunman points out their target and begins to fire at least three rounds.

There were no injuries or damaged property, authorities said.

The teens ran off but were arrested after they attempted to hide inside a building about a block away.

Police identified the two 19-year-old suspects as Jermaine Jordan and Jeremiah Ford.

Jordan and Ford are facing charges including attempted assault, attempted burglary, criminal possession of a weapon, reckless endangerment and acting in a manner injurious to a child.

A gun was also recovered at the scene, officials said.
