VIDEO: 2 teens shoved down stairs, beaten, slashed, robbed in Bronx apartment building

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Two teenagers were pushed down the stairs of a Bronx apartment building Saturday before a group of five attackers beat, slashed and robbed them, according to police.

Security footage shows the two 16-year-old boys plummet down the stairs around 5:26 a.m. in an apartment building on East 171st Street near College Avenue near Claremont Park before the five attackers descend on them.

At one point during the beating, one of the attackers pulled a sharp object and slashed one of the victims in the leg and the other in the cheek, officials said.

The group reportedly stole both of their cellphones and about $100 from one of them before fleeing.

Both victims were brought to Montefiore Medical Center in stable condition.

Authorities have not yet made any arrests.
