3 suspects sought in Bronx home invasion: NYPD

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is looking to identify the three suspects wanted in connection to a home invasion that occurred last week in the Bronx, authorities said.

The incident happened at approximately 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 14, at a residence in the vicinity of White Plains Road and Archer Road in th Parkchester neighborhood.

According to police, six individuals forced their way into the apartment of a 25-year-old woman.

One suspect displayed a firearm and demanded property. The group of thieves removed cash, sunglasses, a purse, and a cellphone, officials said.

The total value of the property removed is approximately $2,220.

The susupects fled through a back window.

Three of the suspects fled southbound on Archer Street where they were apprehended by police.

Authorities recovered a firearm.

The three outstanding individuals fled northbound on East Tremont Avenue and fled to parts unknown.

No injuries have been reported as a result of this incident.

Officials on Tuesday released a photo of the three outstanding suspects that police are looking to identify.
