3 teens, man stabbed during fight at Brooklyn subway station: police

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are investigating after three teens and one man were stabbed during a fight at a Brooklyn subway station on Tuesday, authorities said.

The incident took place just after 3 p.m. at the entrance to the J and Z train at the Flushing Avenue station in Bedford–Stuyvesant, the NYPD said.

According to officials, a 16-year-old was stabbed in the left arm, a second 16-year-old stabbed in the right chest and a third 16-year-old was stabbed in the left chest.

A 21-year-old man was also stabbed once in the left arm and once in the left chest, police said.

The victims got into a physical altercation with an unknown group of male teenagers who fled on foot, cops said.

They were transported to Woodhull Hospital by private means in stable condition, cops said.

The cause of the fight is unknown and an investigation is ongoing.
