
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police in Brooklyn are investigating after four people were injured when scaffolding collapsed onto a correction bus transporting city prisoners on Thursday.
The collision occurred around 5 p.m in front of 320 Jay Street near Johnson Street in the Downtown Brooklyn neighborhood, officials said.
All of the injuries were considered minor.
Two people in custody were pulled out from the back of the bus, FDNY said.
The bus driver was also removed by FDNY.
Officials are investigating the cause of the incident.
