5 men shot, wounded while playing dice outside Brooklyn bodega

NEW YORK (WCBS 880) – Five men were shot and wounded as they played dice on a Brooklyn street Tuesday night, police said.

The men were outside a bodega near Mother Gaston Boulevard and Belmont Avenue in Brownsville shortly after 10 p.m. when they were shot, according to WABC.

Police said a gunman opened fire after pulling up in a vehicle.

Four men were hit by bullets and a fifth was grazed by a bullet, according to police.

The victims, all said to be in their 20s, were taken to area hospitals and are expected to survive.

No arrests have been reported.
