NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- The NYPD is searching for a group of six suspects who are wanted for robbing a teen boy at knifepoint in Brooklyn last month, according to authorities.

A 15-year-old boy was on the corner of Thomas Boyland Street and Dean Street in Ocean Hill when he was approached by six unidentified males at 7:35 p.m. on Thursday, February 24, officials said.

According to police, one of the suspects produced a knife and the other men demanded the victim’s property.

They took the victim's iPhone 11 valued at $600, AirPods valued at $170, and a blue Nike Elite backpack valued at $85.

The suspects fled on foot. The victim was not injured.
