NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Officials on Tuesday released surveillance footage of a group of men they are searching for in connection to a robbery that occurred inside a Bronx business on Monday afternoon.
According to police, at approximately 12:10 p.m., two suspects approached 26-year-old mam inside of Innovation Barber and Beauty Shop located at 2357 Jerome Avenue.
The suspects brandished handguns and demanded money while three others stood by as lookouts, authorities said.
The victim complied and gave the suspects approximately $930 in cash, police said.
All five suspects then fled the location on foot southbound on Jerome Avenue, the NYPD said.
The suspects are described as black males, in their 20s, who wore hooded sweaters and face masks.
