
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A decomposed body was found on a Bronx golf course on Tuesday, the NYPD said Wednesday.
The body, which was badly decomposed, was found in a wooded area on the Mosholu Golf Course around 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, police said.
Police couldn’t ascertain the person’s gender or age, but did find a cell phone that may help them discover their identity, the NYPD said.
The Medical Examiner will determine how the person died, the department said. An investigation is ongoing.
