NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A toddler is in critical condition after falling out of the second-floor window of a Brooklyn apartment building Sunday afternoon, police said.
The 3-year-old boy fell just after 1 p.m. from an apartment at 89 West End Avenue in Brighton Beach, authorities said.
Emergency responders transported the young boy to Staten Island University Hospital in critical condition.
Cops said no criminality is suspected at this time though they are still investigating how the child fell.
