NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A man threw a bag containing a brick at a moving NYPD police cruiser on Staten Island Wednesday, damaging the car's front windshield, but leaving no one injured, police said.

The car was traveling eastbound on Richmond Terrace, near Jersey Street, in New Brighton when the bag containing the brick was thrown around 1:20 p.m., according to police.

Two people have been taken into custody for questioning, authorities said.

No one has been charged or arrested at this time.
