Bronx deli sells $2M Powerball lottery ticket

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A Bronx deli sold someone a Powerball ticket that's worth $2 million, according to the New York Lottery.

The ticket was bought at NY Famous Deli at 1683 East 172nd Street in the Soundview neighborhood, the lottery website said.

The winning numbers in Wednesday’s drawing were: 3 – 16 – 48 – 52 – 60 and Powerball 1.

The Power Play was 3x.

The ticket matched all five white balls for the $1 million second prize but had the Power Play option for $1 to double the amount, to the Powerball website said.

There was no overall winner for the jackpot which was an estimated $190 million with a cash option of $137.3 million.

The jackpot will now rise to $205 million with a cash option of $148.1 million for Saturday night’s drawing.
