NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A truck driver from Brooklyn sought in a suspected drunk driving crash was arrested in Indiana over the weekend, authorities said.
Victor Santos, 58, was arrested Saturday night in Warsaw. He was charged with felony operating while intoxicated, officials said.
On Nov. 12, Santos was allegedly "swerving into other lanes and driving at excessive speed” before he rear-ended his semi-truck into a school bus carrying student athletes in Indiana, injuring 16 — including three teens, who were critically injured, according to Warsaw Police.
The crash is under investigation.
