According to police, Zhiwen Yan, 45, was fatally shot in the chest around 9:30 p.m. while on his scooter at the intersection of 108th Street and 67th Drive in the borough.

Sources told The New York Post that investigators are probing a 50-year-old customer who had an outstanding conflict with workers at the Great Wall restaurant on Queens Boulevard, who allegedly threatened them with a gun in January and vandalized their vehicles twice.

A witness reportedly told police that the same older model Lexus RX3 SUV seen driving from from the restaurant after one incident was spotted fleeing the scene of Saturday night's shooting.

No arrests have been made as of Monday morning.

Yan leaves behind three children and his wife, Kunying Zhao, who launched a GoFundMe.

"He was a hardworking delivery man and always provided for his family," Zhao said.
