NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for a woman who used a steak knife to stab a customer who was bickering with a waiter at the Ruth’s Chris Steak House in Midtown on Friday night.
The attacker and the woman she was dining with asked the 24-year-old to stop loudly lambasting the worker. When he refused, she took matters into her own hands and stabbed him, officials said.
The two women fled on foot without paying the bill, according to authorities.
Emergency responders rushed the man to NewYork-Presbyterian/Weill Cornell in stable condition.
Police have not yet made any arrests.
