NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Police are looking to identify a trio accused of violently robbing a DoorDash delivery person in Brooklyn earlier this month, authorities said.
At approximately 11:30 p.m. on Saturday, July 22, a 28-year-old man was making a DoorDash food delivery at 1461 Gates Ave. in Bushwick when he was approached by the group of suspects.
Two of the suspects displayed blunt metal objects and used them to repeatedly strike the victim in the head and body.
The suspects then then proceeded to take the victim's electric bicycle before fleeing the location.
The victim sustained non-life threatening injuries as a result and was treated on scene by EMS.
