
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Three pedestrians were injured when they were struck by an intoxicated driver in Brooklyn early Monday morning, police said.
The three victims were unloading a parked car at Fort Hamilton Parkway and 39th Street in Borough Park around 1:15 a.m. when an oncoming 2021 Hyundai sedan crashed into the back of their car.

All three pedestrians were taken to Maimonides Medical Center in stable condition. They were said to have non-life-threatening injuries.
Two of the pedestrians are men, ages 44 and 37, and one is a woman, age 61.
A 38-year-old man driving the Hyundai stayed at the scene, police said. He was not injured.
He was taken into custody and charged with DWI.
