According to officials, the men displayed a firearm, identified themselves as DEA agents, and struck the victim with firearms and fists in the head and body before covering the victim’s head and forcing him into his vehicle.
The suspects then threw the victim out of the vehicle in the vicinity of 88th Street and Myrtle Avenue in Glendale, cops said.
The suspects then fled in the victim’s vehicle and removed the victim’s wallet, approximately $1,700, a cellphone and debit card.
The victim sustained bruising and lacerations to the face and was transported by EMS to Jamaica Hospital in stable condition.
Police said the suspects are described as males wearing masks.
