If you know what either of these things mean, you’re probably on TikTok. If not, it might be a bit hard to explain.

In the most basic terms, it’s a meme from the New York City man-on-the-street show Sidetalk.

The already popular show went massively viral with their expletive-laden “Coney Island Ski Club” episode, which included a man, known as TJ, talking about Joe Byron, known to most as President Joe Biden.

“What do you want to tell Joe Byron right now?” the host famously asked.

“‘Sup baby? Take me out to dinner,” he replied. The rest is history, with massive numbers of people worldwide dubbing over the video across social media.

On Friday, the meme went presidential. New Jersey’s Jonas Brothers brought Byron’s Car Wash (in the video, it was run by a guy at a fire hydrant) to the White House.

The multiplatinum trio jump around the White House referencing the video and its sequel “A Coney Island Thanksgiving,” which of course has plenty of Byron mentions as well.

The brothers finish up their video, with Kevin asking, “Did we get it?” With Biden/Byron making the grand reveal as the man behind the camera.

“We got it,” he says with a smile.

The video may have doubled as a vaccine promotion, with another dubbed line from the video included the host asking “Are you vaccinated?” to an enthusiastic, “Yes sir!”

Sidetalk has had a big few months. Its (also NSFW) video outside of the Knicks’ home opening win spawned “Bing Bong” as a meme and rallying cry, referencing the chime you hear as NYC subway doors close.

Bing Bong even garnered two write-in votes for city mayor.

TJ was purportedly homeless when the video went viral, but fans of his stepped in to help, raising $36,000 on GoFundMe.

“Tj is a homeless man trying to get his life together and off the streets. This will help him get inside (a) warm place to sleep at night and food to eat. He is sober he just needs a little push,” the GoFundMe said.

A TikTok posted last week appeared to show him with a key in hand for his new apartment, according to the filmer.
