Jorge Serrano, 30, of Connecticut, was allegedly driving a silver sedan when he slammed into two men — a 19-year-old on a dirt bike and a 23-year-old on a moped — from behind as they traveled westbound on the LIE around 3 a.m., police said.

Cops responding to the crash scene found both men lying on the roadway with trauma to their bodies, according to police.

Both victims were transported to Long Island Jewish Forest Hills hospital, where the 19-year-old male was pronounced deceased and the 23 year-old was listed in stable condition, police said.

Serrano allegedly fled the scene; but police managed to track down his car in Queens and placed him under arrest.

He faces charges for vehicular manslaughter; leaving the scene of an accident, which resulted in death; operating a motor vehicle .08 of 1% alcohol; DWI; and driving without a license, according to police.
