NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 35-year-old man was arrested on Thursday for a hit-and-run that killed a 26-year-old homeless woman in the Bronx last summer.
Dean Moflehi allegedly hit Jessica Brown on West Farm Road near Rodman Place in West Farms around 10:18 p.m. on July 1.
Police found her lying in the street with severe body trauma.
EMS rushed the woman to St. Barnabas Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
Authorities charged Moflehi with leaving the scene of an accident resulting in death.
