NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 40-year-old man was fatally shot in front of a Brooklyn home Tuesday afternoon, police said.
The victim was shot in the torso at 3 p.m. in front of 741 E. 83rd St. in Canarsie.
He was taken to Brookdale Hospital Medical Center and pronounced dead, police said.
It's unclear what precipitated the shooting.
There are no arrests, and an investigation is ongoing.
