Man, 57, slashed with razor blade at Wall Street subway station

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A 57-year-old man was slashed with a razor blade on a subway train as it approached Wall Street station early Sunday morning, according to police.

The victim was arguing with another man around 12:20 a.m. on a southbound 2 train when his assailant whipped out a razor and cut him across the forehead, officials said.

The suspect fled when the train got to the station.

Emergency responders brought the victim to New York Presbyterian Hospital in stable condition.

Police have not yet made any arrests, and an investigation is ongoing.
