NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for four men who beat a man with chairs and brooms before robbing him at knifepoint at an illegal gambling house in Flushing last month.

The suspects entered the third floor apartment at 135-17 40th Road, where an illegal gambling den is located, at around 2 p.m. on June 22 and approached a 36-year-old man, according to police.
The group eventually got into an argument with the man that escalated into a physical attack, at which point the individuals hit him with chairs and brooms, knocking the victim to the ground, police said.
The man continued to be punched and kicked around his body. Authorities said he sustained minor injuries to his face and body.
One suspect then displayed a knife and demanded money. The victim gave the individuals $5,000 and his $30,000 Rolex watch.
Police said the group fled the location on foot and were last seen heading westbound on 40th Avenue.
EMS responded to the scene, where the victim was treated and released.

All four men are described as Asian with varying body types.
The first individual had a medium build and was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, black pants, dark colored sneakers, a baseball cap and a black t-shirt with a red graphic on the front.
The second individual had a thin build, with short brown hair and was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, dark colored pants, sunglasses, black boots and a black t-shirt with a graphic on the front.
The third man had a medium build and was last seen wearing a black hooded jacket, grey pants, grey sneakers, a black baseball cap, and a black t-shirt with a graphic on the front.
The fourth man had an athletic build with close-cut short black hair and was last seen wearing dark colored pants, black sneakers, and a black t-shirt with a graphic on the front.
