
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A man died after he was shot multiple times in front of a Brooklyn bodega on Monday, police said.
The victim was outside the Francena Mini Market at the corner of Sterling Place and Buffalo Avenue in Crown Heights when he was shot around 2:10 p.m.
Police said the man was shot in the ankle and hip, piercing an artery. He then ran inside the store for help.
He was rushed to a local hospital, where he was pronounced dead.
Police are trying to identify the victim, who they believe is in his 20s.
No arrests have been made at this time.
