NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 53-year-old man was arrested after a fatal stabbing Monday night in a Bronx apartment building, police said.
Cops were called to 423 East 136 Street in Mott Haven around 7:40 p.m. for a report of a man stabbed, authorities said.
Responding officers found the 38-year-old victim stabbed in his chest. He was transported to NYC Health + Hospitals/Lincoln where he was pronounced dead.
The suspect was also taken to the hospital to be treated for lacerations on his arms.
The identity of victim has not yet been released and the investigation remains ongoing.
