Cops searching for man who groped 2 girls, both 15, on Bronx subways

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for a man who groped two 15-year-old girls in separate incidents on Bronx trains this month.

The first incident took place on a northbound 6 train at the 149th Street-Grand Concourse subway station around 5 p.m. on March 9, according to officials.

He grabbed the child’s buttocks multiple times before fleeing the train.

On March 13 around 7:20 a.m., he grabbed another girl’s buttocks on a northbound 4 train at the 167th Street station.

Police are asking anyone with information on the incident to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS (8477) or for Spanish, 1-888-57-PISTA (74782). Anonymous tips can also be submitted on the Crime Stoppers website or on Twitter @NYPDTips.
