
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is investigating after a man was killed in a double shooing at a bodega in the Bronx late Sunday night, authorities said.
At approximately 11:45 p.m., police responded to a 911 call of a man shot at a deli located at 4702 White Plains Rd. in Wakefield, officials said.
Upon arrival, officers observed a 24-year-old man with a gunshot wound to the torso.
EMS transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Jacobi where he was pronounced dead. His identity has not yet been released.
A 42-year-old man was also found with a gunshot wound to his right leg and was taken via private means to Montefiore Medical Center. He is listed in stable condition.
There have been no arrests made and an investigation remains ongoing.
