NEW YORK (WCBS 880) – Police are searching for a man who they say tried to record girls in a bathroom and stuck his cellphone under a woman’s skirt at a Target in Queens, the NYPD said Wednesday.

The two girls and woman were targeted in separate incidents last month at the Target at College Point Boulevard and 40th Road in Flushing, according to police.

On the afternoon of July 29, police said the man followed the girls, 12 and 3 years old, into the women’s restroom.

As the girls were in a bathroom stall, the man put his cellphone under the stall to record them, police said.

The girls left the restroom and alerted adults they were with as the man fled on foot, according to police.

The next day, a 40-year-old woman was in an aisle at the store when the man targeted her, police said.

As the woman was leaning over to look at an item, the man put his cellphone under her skirt to record her, according to police.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
