NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A 44-year-old man was fatally shot outside a Queens restaurant early Sunday, police said.
The victim, Emanuel Pippis was shot in the head near 65th Place and 53rd Drive in Maspeth around 3:50 a.m.
Police told the New York Post that gunfire erupted outside Paraguayan Steakhouse.
Pippis was pronounced dead at the scene.
Police had no other details.
