NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A man was slashed in the face down the block from the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree Friday evening, police said.
The 34-year-old victim was assaulted around 5:20 p.m. following a verbal dispute that started inside Deli's 48 on West 48th Street near Sixth Avenue.
He was taken to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue in stable condition, police said.
It wasn't immediately clear what sparked the confrontation.
No arrests have been made.
