NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- The NYPD is searching for a trio wanted for slashing a man before robbing him in the Bronx on Sunday afternoon, authorities said.
At approximately 1:45 p.m., a 38-year-old man was in front of 80 West Fordham Rd. in Fordham Manor when he was approached by the suspects who slashed him in the head with a cutting instrument then grabbed his cellphone before fleeing on foot.
EMS transported the victim to NYC Health + Hospitals/Saint Barnabas in stable condition.
