The NYPD released a surveillance image Wednesday of the suspect in connection with the Nov. 18 slashing at Pasta Lovers on W. 49th Street.

Police said the man got into an argument with the 40-year-old employee over his bill around 7 p.m.

The man tried to walk out of the restaurant without paying, and when the worker tried to stop him, he took out a knife and slashed him, police said.

The severity of the worker’s injuries aren't clear.

Anyone with information is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
