
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — A man riding the subway in Manhattan on Saturday night was stabbed repeatedly in the back, police said.

According to police, the 25-year-old victim was assaulted while on board a northbound 2 train in East Harlem just after 10 p.m.
The victim told cops he got into a verbal dispute with two men he didn't know which turned into a physical altercation. The man was punched and stabbed throughout his body, including his back.
He was taken to St. Luke’s Hospital in stable condition.
Police are searching for the two male suspects last seen wearing ski masks running out of the 116th Street and Lenox Avenue train station.
