NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD is looking for a man who touched a 22-year-old woman and masturbated in front of her on a Lower Manhattan subway platform and later on a train on Thursday morning.
Authorities said an unknown individual approached a 22-year-old woman sitting on a bench on the southbound R platform at the Cortlandt Street subway station around 7 a.m.
The suspect rubbed her thigh without her permission to do so and then exposed his genitals while masturbating.
When the victim boarded a southbound R train, police said the man boarded the train and continued masturbating before ejaculating on the train floor.
He then left at the Court Street subway station. No injuries have been reported as a result of this incident.
Cops said the suspect is around 50 years old, about 6'0" tall and with a slim build.
