According to police, around 8 a.m. on Feb. 16, a man kicked and damaged candles and flowers placed at Yuna Lee's memorial right in front of her Chinatown apartment at 111 Chrystie Street.

Cops said the man then fled to parts unknown.

He is described as having a medium build and was last seen wearing a dark oversized jacket, dark pants, dark boots and carrying a black book bag.

The release of the footage came on the same day Yuna Lee's alleged killer, Assamad Nash, was indicted for first-degree murder and other charges.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
