NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD is investigating the death of a woman who was found in the bathroom of her Bronx apartment with significant blood loss.

Authorities were called to the home of 42-year-old Tyrah McGregor at 476 East 187 Street in the Claremont section just after 5 p.m. Friday.
Responding officers found McGregor in the bathroom bleeding, unconscious and unresponsive, according to cops.
McGregor was pronounced dead at the scene by EMS workers.
An autopsy is being conducted to determine her cause of death.
No arrests have been made and the investigation remains ongoing.
