NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — The NYPD on Wednesday released new surveillance footage of a man they say used his cell phone to record up a woman's skirt while aboard a northbound E train in Queens last month.

Police said the suspect allegedly recorded up the 26-year-old victim's skirt on Oct. 16 around 12:50 a.m. as she stood next to him.
When the woman felt the phone touch her buttocks, she turned and confronted the individual who denied any wrongdoing, according to authorities.
Police said the man then left the train car at the 36th Street station. He fled the scene on foot.
The man is described as a male, Hispanic, 40 to 60 years old, officials said. He was last seen wearing a blue mask, a red shirt, blue jeans and black shoes.
Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-8477.
