VIDEO: Person of interest sought after 15-year-old boy shot in leg in the Bronx

NEW YORK (WCBS 880) -- The NYPD is looking to identify a person of interest after a teen boy was shot in the leg earlier this month in the Bronx, authorities said.

At approximately 4:10 p.m. on Thursday, February 10, a suspect displayed a firearm from the backseat of a vehicle in the vicinity of East Fordham Road and Webster Avenue in the Fordham Manor neighborhood, officials said.

The suspect then proceeded to discharge the firearm at a 15-year-old boy, striking him in his leg, according to the NYPD.

 The victim was transported to an area hospital in stable condition.
