Police released photos and surveillance footage of Shen Bin Weng, 55, who is alleged to have killed Oi Rui Weng in the basement of an illegal Mahjong gambling den at 125 Division St. on Monday afternoon. The two men are not related, authorities said.

Officers responded just after 4:30 p.m. to a 911 call of the two men fighting inside the location. Upon arrival, cops found Rui Weng with a stab wound to his torso.

He was transported in critical condition to NYC Health + Hospitals/Bellevue, where he was subsequently pronounced dead.

The first clip put out by police shows Bin Weng inside of San Jiang Trading, a kitchen supply store located at 136 East Broadway, where he allegedly grabbed a kitchen knife. The second clip shows him walking on Pike Street shortly after the killing.

Anyone with information in regard to this incident is asked to call the NYPD's Crime Stoppers Hotline at 1-800-577-TIPS.
