The 24-year-old victim was on a southbound B train nearing the 81st Street–Museum of Natural History station around 6:30 a.m. when the man came up and allegedly told her he could “touch anyone he wants.”
He also said he would “stab people in the eyes,” according to police.
The man then grabbed the woman’s buttocks, police said.
The woman and other riders fled the train at the 72nd Street station, while the suspect remained on the train.
