NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Donald Trump was spotted in midtown Manhattan Tuesday near Trump Tower, cruising along East 57th Street in his motorcade.
The former president was seated in the back of a Chevy Suburban while his convoy, including an NYPD escort, navigated through traffic -- just blocks away from Gov. Andrew Cuomo's office, where he announced he was resigning from office the same afternoon.
