NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- A man recorded himself smoking marijuana in front of two NYPD officers shortly after Gov. Andrew Cuomo signed a bill legalizing recreational pot, according to a report.
A video published by the Daily Mail shows the man approach the two officers and take a drag.
"Happy quarantine!" the man can be heard saying to the officers, who do not react.
"We love y'all. We love y'all. We appreciate you," another person off-camera adds.
The outlet didn't say exactly when or where the incident happened, but New Yorkers ages 21 and older can now legally smoke pot in locations where cigarette smoking is allowed.
