NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Authorities are searching for a man wanted for beating a 66-year-old woman during a robbery inside a Bronx subway station last week.
At approximately 7:45 p.m. on Friday, September 16, the woman was exiting the Fordham Road subway station in Fordham Manor, when the suspect began to repeatedly punch her in her face in an unprovoked attack before stealing her bag.

The suspect then fled out of the train station.
EMS transported the victim to St. Barnabas Hospital in serious but stable condition.
