
NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police launched an investigation after a woman was repeatedly slashed in the hallway of her Queens apartment building early Friday, authorities said.
Officers were called to the building located in the Flushing neighborhood at around 3 a.m. where the woman was found in the hallway bleeding from stab wounds to her neck and arm, the NYPD said.

The attacker fled the location before police arrived, officials said.
The victim was taken to an area hospital for treatment. Her condition remains unknown.
So far, no arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing.
