Would-be robbers hold Brooklyn smoke shop employee at gunpoint: police

NEW YORK (1010 WINS) — Police are searching for three boys or men who held a Brooklyn smoke shop employee at gunpoint but fled before completing the robbery last week.

The trio pulled a gun on a 22-year-old store clerk at Sticky Zaza Smoke Shop Fulton Street near Norwood Avenue in Cypress Hills around 2:39 a.m. on Dec. 16, according to officials.

They demanded entry into a back room, but fled without taking anything, authorities said.

No one was injured during the incident.
